Felicia Waugh is the Founder and Executive Financial Advisor of Visionary Financial Strategies and Visionary Consulting Pros, LLC. She has served in the financial services and insurance industry for nearly 30 years. She is a North Carolina native and graduate of Appalachian State University where she obtained her degree in Business Administration and Management.
Felicia has a passion for empowering others to be their best selves. She believes that, as an individual gains knowledge, they can also gain confidence to create their vision for a strong financial future.
Throughout her career, she has held Executive level positions with National and International Fortune 500 and 100 ranked companies. Her experience includes enterprise strategic planning, business development, recruitment, sales management and employee development and engagement. Felicia’s experience in employee relations and building successful teams kindled a desire to assist businesses, individuals, and families in creating a healthier financial future while protecting their assets.
Felicia is a multi-state licensed independent agent and holds a Certified Insurance Counselor designation (CIC), as well as being a Certified Financial Planner™ Certificant. Her portfolio of clients includes federal government and state employees, educators, private sector, as well as business owners and entrepreneurs.
Felicia’s outside interests include music, theater, sports, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She currently resides in Durham, NC where she enjoys discovering new restaurants and exploring all the Triangle area has to offer.
